Lebanon - This is the farm where it all began. Lebanon lies in the lush Elgin Valley and is named after the forestry village where most of the community live. Varietals planted here include Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It’s notable that this farm pioneered the production of high quality wine in the Elgin area.
